The layout was not completely assembled when taking these pictures. This is an estate sale, the layout looks to be in working order but will need minor repairs, assembly and some dusting.
The measurements are as follows 9’2″ width, 4′ depth, 16″ max height, 4″ at lowets point. The roof on the lumber mill is peeling, the missing half is in one of the boxes. Some trees and other items have fallen off during transport, they are in the boxes and will need to be added back on. We do have some 2″x2″ legs that came with it, but it may need a few more for stability purposes.
shipping: we will asist where we can but you are responsible for shipping. The layout is bolted together (see pics below) for shipping. We will add a wrap to prevent damage and lost items. The weight for the layout is approximately 150 lbs.
